These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of collectible stamps, coins, and numismatic medals through the site. Purchase implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein. 

Product description

Each stamp and coin is described by year, condition, any certification, and other relevant characteristics. The images are from the specimen supplied, maintaining the same numismatic and philatelic characteristics

Prices and payments

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation. Accepted payment methods are specified on the payment methods page. The order is considered confirmed only after payment is received.

Availability and order confirmation

Availability of stamps and coins is limited to unique pieces or small quantities. If the item becomes unavailable after you order, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made using traceable methods and, where possible, insured to protect the collectible value of the products. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the courier and destination. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier, unless otherwise required by law.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within the timeframe established by applicable law, except for exceptions for personalized or sealed goods opened after delivery. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, complete with any certificates and packaging

Authenticity and guarantees 

Unless otherwise indicated, the stamps and coins offered are guaranteed authentic. When available, certification by recognized experts or organizations is provided. If proven non-authenticity is proven, the price paid will be refunded, according to the terms and conditions set out in the guarantees and returns section.

Responsibility 

The seller is not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of collectible value due to market trends, or improper use of the purchased products. The mandatory responsibilities provided by consumer protection law remain unaffected. 

Privacy and data processing 

The personal data provided for the purchase of stamps and coins is processed in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data and used exclusively for order management, invoicing, and after-sales assistance, as described in the privacy policy.

Applicable law and competent court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the sales contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's court, where applicable, or the court of the seller's registered office.
